Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta
- 1 pound Chicken (boneless & skinless)
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ranch Dressing (dry powder mix)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Water (to mix with corn starch)
- 16 ounces Linguine Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped) for garnish
- 1. Boil Chicken in broth and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, and seasonings).
- 2. Cook pasta, drain and rinse.
- 3. Bring broth to a boil, add cream cheese, and cheddar cheese (reduce to med heat). Stir till melted.
- 4. Dice chicken and coat with rest of buffalo sauce.
- 5. Mix corn starch and water, add to broth and cheese mix.
- 6. Adde pasta and chicken. Cook on medium heat till thickened.
