Fettichini Ala Neptune

  1. Heat butter and EV olive oil. Saute garlic, red onion until translucent. Add 1 bag lobster pieces, shrimp, garlic powder, sea last, pepper and red pepper flackes. Continue to saute, while dusting with flour until seafood is cooked. Add 1/2&1/2, stirring until thickened. Fold in peas & parlsey.Toss with fettuchini using pasta water as needed for sauce.Plate, sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese & chives.
