Pepperoni Biscuit Sticks
- 2 Cups Baking mix (like Bisquick or Trader Joes')
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Pepperoni, chopped (2 oz)
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Jar Marinara for dipping
- 1. Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- 2. Mix baking mix, water, pepperoni until dough forms a slightly sticky ball. Knead about 4-6 times.
- 3. Roll out (use extra baking mix, not flour for rolling here)to about 10-inch square.
- 4. Cut into strips about 4 inches long and 3/4-inch wide.
- 5. Twist ends of each strip in opposite directions. Place on baking sheet pressing ends down as you go.
- 6. Brush generously with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- 7. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- 8. Serve with marinara sauce that is either warm or room temp.
