Pepperoni Biscuit Sticks

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. 2. Mix baking mix, water, pepperoni until dough forms a slightly sticky ball. Knead about 4-6 times.
  3. 3. Roll out (use extra baking mix, not flour for rolling here)to about 10-inch square.
  4. 4. Cut into strips about 4 inches long and 3/4-inch wide.
  5. 5. Twist ends of each strip in opposite directions. Place on baking sheet pressing ends down as you go.
  6. 6. Brush generously with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. 7. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. 8. Serve with marinara sauce that is either warm or room temp.
