Chicken Biryani

  1. 1. Place the chopped onion in a pot along with olive oil.
  2. 2. Cook the onions until soften and add the chicken breasts along with the spices (1 Tablespoon Turmeric, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 6 Gloves, 1 Teaspoon All Spice).
  3. 3. Add water to cover 1/2 the pot.
  4. 4. When the chicken is cooked, add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  5. 5. Let it cook for 2 mins
  6. 6. Remove the chicken from the pot and start to break it apart with your hands, or fork and knife.
  7. 7. In another pan, add olive oil along with the frozen vegetables
  8. 8. Add the same spices as the chicken and the chicken
  9. 9. Cook for 5 mins
  10. 10. Remove the chicken and vegetables from the pan into a bowl.
  11. 11. In the same pan, add olive oil and chopped cubed patato
  12. 12. Add washed rice into the pot
  13. 13. When the rice sucks the water, add the vegetable, chicken and potato.
  14. 14. Add a little bit of water and let it cook until the water disappears.
