Chicken Biryani
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- Olive Oil
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 6 Gloves
- 1 Teaspoon All Spice
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 - 2 chopped cube Potato
- Frozen Pea's and Carrots
- 1. Place the chopped onion in a pot along with olive oil.
- 2. Cook the onions until soften and add the chicken breasts along with the spices (1 Tablespoon Turmeric, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 6 Gloves, 1 Teaspoon All Spice).
- 3. Add water to cover 1/2 the pot.
- 4. When the chicken is cooked, add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 5. Let it cook for 2 mins
- 6. Remove the chicken from the pot and start to break it apart with your hands, or fork and knife.
- 7. In another pan, add olive oil along with the frozen vegetables
- 8. Add the same spices as the chicken and the chicken
- 9. Cook for 5 mins
- 10. Remove the chicken and vegetables from the pan into a bowl.
- 11. In the same pan, add olive oil and chopped cubed patato
- 12. Add washed rice into the pot
- 13. When the rice sucks the water, add the vegetable, chicken and potato.
- 14. Add a little bit of water and let it cook until the water disappears.
