Spicy Chicken
- Half Chicken,
- 60g Chiliees
- 15g Black Pepper
- 10g Shallos
- 10g Gingers
- 10g Garlic
- 3 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG
- 1 teaspoon Sugar.
- 2/3 cup Olive oil.
- 1/4 cup Dry white wine
- Clear the chicken and cut into small parts,then put it in a big bowl with 2 teaspoon salt ,dry white wine. Let stand 20 minutes.
- Chip the shallosgingergarlic into small pieces,cut chili. Set aside.
- Pour olive oil into the pot, when the oil become hot ,put the chicken ,fry it until its color turn yellow .About 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Hold the chicken in a bowl. Then fry the shallogingergarlic ,which have chop, and black pepper. Almost 30 seconds.
- Finally , put all the ingredients into pot ,add saltsugarMSG .
- Wait 1 minutes you can eat delicious food.
