Nacho Platter

  1. If using, brown beef and drain.
  2. Season with chili powder and cumin (if not using beef, season the refried beans with the chili powder and cumin).
  3. Spread the beans in a shallow 10-inch greased dish.
  4. Sprinkle on the beef followed by the green chilies, Monterey Jack and Cheddar.
  5. Pour taco sauce over cheese.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. Garnish immediately with layers of green onions, black olives, guacamole and sour cream.
  8. Place dish on platter and surround with tortilla chips.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. Serves 8.
