Asian Cabbage Slaw
- 4 cups chopped Asian cabbage
- 2 cups roughly shredded carrots
- 1 cup roughly shredded radishes
- 2-3 thinly sliced scallions
- 1 finely minced garlic clove
- Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- seasoned rice vinegar
- Prepare vegetables and place into a large bowl.
- Into a one cup measuring cup add canola oil, dark sesame oil, orange juice and tamari. Add enough seasoned rice vinegar to the measuring cup to make 3/4 cup dressing.
- Stir dressing ingredients and add to vegetables. Toss dressing and vegetables together.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
