Lo-Fat Apple Crumble

  1. Prepare crumble topping.
  2. In small bowl with fork, stir together granola, salad oil, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour until blended; set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  4. Peel and core apples; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
  5. Coarsely chop raisins or leave whole.
  6. In large bowl, toss apples, raisins, cider, lemon juice, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour until apple slices are evenly coated.
  7. Spoon apple mixture into shallow 3-quart baking dish; sprinkle granola mixture over apples.
  8. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer or until apples are tender and topping is browned.
  10. Cool slightly.
  11. Serve warm with light whipped cream.
