Thai Beef Salad
- Beef Salad
- 2 1/2 inch London broil steaks - seared rare (any meat can be used, I've used Kobe beef or tenderloin and it was fabulous)
- 5 Roma tomatoes - Cut into 6 cube sizes per tomato
- 1 hot house cucumber - 1/2 inch thick and quarter each piece
- 1-2 lemons - juiced (to taste)
- Chopped Cilantro - 1/4 cup - give or take
- Sliced green onions - 1/4 cup - give or take
- 1 small red onion - sliced thin
- Torn up mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- Chili flaked to taste - at least a teaspoon
- *Fish Sauce or salt - to taste (is you are using fish sause, use at least a tablespoon)
- Tiny bit of sugar - to taste (if you are using sugar, use at least a 1 teaspoon
- Grill the meat or sear it on a pan until medium rare - thinly slice.
- Chop all the veggies to the instructions above
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Serve with lettuce
