Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Place oil, garlic, and chili paste in a wok over medium heat; stir fry until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add tomato paste, shrimp and sugar. Toss to combine. Add black pepper, fish sauce, stock, tomato and scallions. Increase to high heat and simmer until shrimp are cooked through and pink , about 2 minutes.Be Careful not to overcook the shrimp. Mix corn starch and water then add to simmering sauce to thicken. Serve over rice.
