Million Dollar Pound Cake
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 lb. butter, softened
- 6 eggs (at room temperature)
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. pineapple extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- Combine
- sugar
- and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one
- at
- a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add flour
- to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after
- each addition.
- Stir
- in
- flavoring.
- Pour batter into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake at 300u0b0 for 1 hour and
- 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.
- Turn out on wire rack to cool completely.
