Nut Roll And Poppyseed Roll

  1. Mix milk, sugar and yeast and let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Add egg, butter and flour.
  3. Knead and let stand until double.
  4. Divide into 4 parts.
  5. Roll out and spread with filling and roll.
  6. Bake at 350.
  7. Nut Filling
  8. Scald 1/2 cup milk
  9. Add 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar and cook until sugar melts.
  10. Let cool.
  11. Add nuts and 1 egg.
  12. Poppyseed Filling
  13. Cook remaining ingredients 5 minutes
