Chicken Chile.

  2. In a large saucepan heat oil. Add onion (onion not listed above I just chopped up one) and garlic over moderately low heat until barely tender.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink; about 3 minutes. Stir in chili powder/cumin/oregano. Add broth, tomatoes with their juice and jalapeno's. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in beans. Simmer, uncovered over moderately low heat until thickened, about 15 minutes longer. Once desired thickness add cilantro. Serve with additional cilantro, lime wedges and hot sauce on the side.
