Fat-Free Banana Muffins

  1. Spray muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir thoroughly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat egg whites lightly with a wire whisk or fork.
  4. Stir in mashed banana, milk and corn syrup.
  5. Add flour mixture and stir until well blended.
  6. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
  7. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch.
  8. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
  9. Makes 12 muffins.
