Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Crust:
  3. Mix grahm crackers, nuts and cinnamon. Stir in the butter. Add water to get to a sticky consistency that will stick to the bottom and sides of a springform pan (8 or 9 inches in circumfrance)
  4. Filling:
  5. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, and orange pell on medium-high with an electric mixer.
  6. Add the eggs and yolk. Mix on low speed. Slowly add the milk until its all mixed in.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes (8 inch) or 35 minutes (9 inch) until the center in nearly set.
  8. Cool in the springform on rack for 15 minutes. Loosen the sides with a spatula and let cool for another 30 minutes in the springform. Place in fridge and chill for another 4 hours.
