Asian Scramble

  1. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet.
  2. Saute the shallots until softened
  3. Add the garlic and saute another minute or so
  4. Add the mushrooms, and saute until softened and a little browned
  5. Add a little soy sauce to season
  6. Add the kale and saute until bright green and softened a bit
  7. Add the sprouts, and saute until translucent
  8. Season the eggs with white pepper and soy
  9. Add to skillet and stir until cooked
  10. Next time try a sauce made with:
  11. 1 Tbs oyster sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 Tbs. soy sauce and 1 tsp. sesame oil.
