Kahlua Pecan Fudge Pie

  1. Prepare
  2. 9-inch
  3. pie
  4. shell.
  5. Turn chocolate into small saucepan.
  6. Add
  7. Kahlua and place over low heat until chocolate melts,
  8. stirring
  9. smooth.
  10. Hand
  11. beat
  12. eggs
  13. lightly.
  14. Stir in brown
  15. sugar, salt, vanilla, corn syrup and chocolate mixture. Then stir
  16. in butter and 1 cup of pecans.
  17. Turn into pie shell and sprinkle
  18. remaining 1/2 cup pecans on top.
  19. Bake slightly below center of moderate 350u0b0 oven until barely set in center and pastry
  20. istight golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.
  21. Remove and cool.
  22. Cut into small wedges and serve with Kahlua Cream. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
