Complete Three Layered Sandwich
- 1 ham square or 3 slices bacon
- three slices cucumber
- 1 slice big tomato
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 1 small can tuna flakes in brine
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated or sliced cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 multigrained bread, diagonally cut
- mix tuna, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. chill.
- cook egg according to preference (hard boiled, scrambled or sunny side up)
- heat ham or bacon in non-stick skillet for at least 2 minutes or until cooked.
- heat bread over skillet until lightly browned.
- layer from bottom to top:
- bread
- lettuce
- ham
- tomato
- bread
- cheese
- bread
- tuna dressing
- cucumber
- bread
- or in any order you desire.
- tuna dressing can be used for 4-5 sandwiches depending on the amount you put in the sandwiches.
- you can also use any other meat like beef roast or turkey depending on what's available.
