Herbal Thai Seasoning Mix And Thai Roll-Up

  1. Spice Blend- Combine all and grind finely.
  2. Thai Roll-Up-
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp broth to a boil in saute pan.
  4. Add chicken (or other) and garlic, stir fry.
  5. Keep adding broth as needed till chicken is cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in onions, herbs, lime and fish sauce (or other).
  7. Mix well, spoon onto lettuce leaves, wrap up sides, then roll up, and eat with fingers.
