Cherry Streusel Pie

  1. Drain 1/2 cup of thick sauce from pie filling and reserve.
  2. To reserved sauce, mix in 1 tablespoon Amaretto and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.
  3. Set sauce aside.
  4. Spoon cherries over bottom of pie shell.
  5. Mix remaining 3 tablespoons Amaretto, egg, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, flour, remaining 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and salt.
  6. Pour over cherries.
  7. Bake in preheated 450u0b0 oven 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350u0b0 and bake 35 minutes longer.
  8. Remove pie from oven.
