Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
- 1 (12oz) package butterscotch-flavored Morsels
- 1(8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C butter
- 1(14oz) C sweetened condensed milk
- 2 C Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 C sliced almond chopped
- 1 Egg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass dish). In medium saucepan, melt. Morsels and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool to room temp.; chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
