Ham And Pasta Roll-Ups
- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked in unsalted water and drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style or prepared mustard
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/3 c. (about 1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
- 6 thin slices deli ham (about 1/2 lb.)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Place hot noodles under cold running water until cool enough to handle; drain and set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine soup, mustard, milk and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; pour half the soup mixture into 10-inch round or 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg and 1/2 can French fried onions; stir until well blended.
- Fold each ham slice in half lengthwise and place on one end of cooled lasagna noodle.
- Top ham with 1/4 cup spinach mixture.
- Roll up noodles tightly, jelly-roll style.
- With sharp knife, cut roll-ups into halves.
- Arrange in dish, ruffled-side up.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over roll-ups.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with remaining Swiss cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
- Makes 6 servings.
