Ham And Pasta Roll-Ups

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place hot noodles under cold running water until cool enough to handle; drain and set aside.
  3. In medium bowl, combine soup, mustard, milk and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; pour half the soup mixture into 10-inch round or 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  4. In small bowl, combine spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg and 1/2 can French fried onions; stir until well blended.
  5. Fold each ham slice in half lengthwise and place on one end of cooled lasagna noodle.
  6. Top ham with 1/4 cup spinach mixture.
  7. Roll up noodles tightly, jelly-roll style.
  8. With sharp knife, cut roll-ups into halves.
  9. Arrange in dish, ruffled-side up.
  10. Pour remaining soup mixture over roll-ups.
  11. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  12. Top with remaining Swiss cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
