Studio755: Brown Rice Pudding W/Apricots & Medjool Dates

  1. In medium saucepan, put everything but the nuts into a medium saucepan and bring to a light boil.
  2. Reduce heat to a light simmer, stirring regularly, until liquid is absorbed - about 20 mins.
  3. (Halfway through, taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed)
  4. Stir in almond slices and garnish with more cinnamon, if desired.
  5. Can serve warm or room temp.
  6. (Priya had idea to serve with dollop of greek yogurt, which sounds divine!)
