Pasta Salad
- 2-12 Oz. pkgs tri-colored rotini
- 1-24 oz. Fat Free Kraft Zesty Itailian Dressing
- 1-2.6 oz. bottle McCormick Salad Supreme
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 diced cucumber
- 1 diced red onion
- 3 diced tomatoes
- 3.8 oz. jar black olived (pitted, sliced & drained)
- 13 oz. can sliced mushrooms (drained)
- Cook pasta & run under cold water. Combine with 3/4 bottle of dressing & Salad Supreme. Mix well. Toss all other veggies w/ remainder of salad dressing. Combine all veggies w/pasta in large bowl. Cover tight and refrigerate overnight. Toss well before serving. Extra dressing can be added if needed.
- Note: Be sure to use only fat free zesty dressing (any brand works). Regular Italian dressing is too greasy & does not have enough "zing" to it.
