Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps
- Bibb lettuce
- cooked rice
- 1 # beef rib eye or sirloin, shaved
- Korean barbeque marinade
- Carrot, matchstick
- cubed cucumber
- pan seared tofu
- Bean paste, hot
- soy
- lemon wedges
- sesame seeds
- Baby boc choi, rough chop
- celery, chopped 1/8 thick bias
- garlic, fine mince
- Oyster sauce
- Veg oil
- Sambal
- Stir fry marinade, or soy sauce
- Marinade beef for 2 hours.
- Get all the chopping and set out for service and food prep.
- In fry pan add oil and saute the celery, give it a head start, then the boc choi. When wilted slightly add garlic, and the oyster sauce and soy or stir fry marinade you like. Leave still firm and set aside.
- Saute beef high heat, just over rare.
- Wrap and eat.
