Garlic Shrimp With Onions And Peppers

  1. In large non-stick pan, heat up oil and lightly saute onion, bell pepper and garlic. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, add to pan and cook for 5-6minutes until almost done. Toss in the red pepper flakes, add lime juice and allow to heat through (2-3 mins). Sprinkle minced cilantro on top to serve.
  2. Serve with green salad and crusty bread or Mexican rice.
