  1. Combine the pudding mix, sugar, coffee and milk in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour a little hot mixture into egg yolks and stir quickly to blend. Add to mixture in saucepan and continue cooking until mixture comes to a full boil.
  2. Chill, then whip cream and fold into chilled pudding.
  3. Spoon into souffle cups or a serving dish.
  4. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
  6. Serves 8 to 10.
