Steak Caesar Salad

  1. Rub Steak with oil and herbs de provence, salt and pepper & grill steak to your liking... I normally go with a little over medium-rare, so that it is still nice and pink but not bleeding into the salad.
  2. Let the steak stand for a good 5 minutes under a tent of foil.
  3. While the steak is resting toss romaine in Caesar dressing until well coated
  4. In two 9" Bowls top the romaine with the remaining 5 ingredients
