Lori'S Firecracker Chili

  1. In large kettle, brown cubed round steak in oil with 1 medium chopped onion, 1 clove minced garlic, cumin and 1 teaspoon chili powder.
  2. Add 2 cups water.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook down until liquid is almost gone.
  4. Set aside.
