Baked Beef Barbecue

  1. Cut beef into small cubes.
  2. Place in roaster or Dutch oven. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over meat.
  3. Cover, simmer in 300u0b0 oven for 6 hours or until meat is tender enough to pull apart with a fork.
  4. Pull all meat apart and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Any leftover barbecue may be stored in refrigerator for several days or frozen indefinitely.
  6. Serves 20.
