Oriental Beef(Serves 10)

  1. Brown onion and beef.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Add soup, soy sauce and water.
  4. Cook slowly about 10 minutes. Add green pepper, celery, pimentos and chestnuts.
  5. Cook until vegetables are still crunchy.
  6. Add sour cream, mushrooms and noodles and put in a buttered 3-quart casserole.
  7. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. May be frozen.
