Shrimp, Spinach And Basil Pizza Bianca
- 1 (16 oz.) cheese flavored Boboli crust
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 lb. small cleaned shrimp
- 2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3 c. chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. grated, part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
- 1/2 tsp. basil and oregano
- Place crust on sprayed cookie sheet.
- Combine cornstarch, milk and garlic in a small pan.
- Whisk, bringing to a boil.
- Cook 1 minute; add salt and pepper.
- Spread on crust.
- Heat a nonstick skillet coated with Pam over medium heat.
- Saute shrimp three minutes.
- Add mushrooms.
- Saute 2 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until spinach wilts.
- Drain.
- Spoon mixture over sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- Top with cheeses.
- Bake at 425u0b0 for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
