Berry Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine berries and cornstarch in medium bowl; toss lightly to coat.
  3. Add pourable fruit; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart or 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Add milk, butter and concentrate; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Drop six heaping tablespoons of batter evenly over berries; sprinkle with nutmeg.
  7. Bake 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbly.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
