Chocolate Mousse Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for two 9-inch layers.
  3. Remove from pans; cool thoroughly.
  4. In large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate until well blended.
  5. Gradually beat in water, then dry pudding mix until smooth.
  6. Chill at least 30 minutes. Beat until smooth.
  7. Fold in whipped cream.
  8. Chill at least 1 hour. Place 1 cake layer on plate; top with 1 1/2 cups mousse mixture. Place other layer on top; spread top with remaining mousse mixture or cover entire cake with mousse.
  9. Chill.
  10. Store covered in refrigerator.
