No Mayo Pasta Salad

  1. Chop all the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions and set aside.
  2. Boil water for the pasta. Salt water at first boil. Cook pasta for designated time.
  3. Saute the broccoli and cauliflower in a pan with olive oil starting at medium-high heat, but then lowering heat as veggies soften. Season veggies with S & P to taste. Cooking time roughly 10 to 15 minutes.. (Coordinate with pasta)
  4. Strain pasta and put in a large bowl. Place broccoli and cauliflower into the pasta first. Add all the other chopped vegetables and mix.Add dressing over pasta and stir.
  5. Cover, and refrigerate.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
