No One Can Ruin This Perfect Pork Roast

  1. Early in the Day:
  2. Prick Tenderloin with sharp knife and make small slits all over. Slice garlic into small slivers and insert in slits. Rub in Kosher or Sea Salt, cracked black pepper and pulled rosemary. Put in large Zip-Loc Freezer Bag and pour salad over tenderloin. Press air out of bag, seal and massage pork. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Spray large frying pan with non-stick olive oil spray to high, sear pork and place in preheated 350 degree oven until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Cover with foil and let sit for 15 minutes. Meat should be PINK inside. Slice in 1/4" thick pieces.
  4. Fabulous when served with Roast Garlic Rosemary Red Potatoes!
