Almond Cream Chinese Dessert

  1. Measure cold water into small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
  3. Let stand 1 minute.
  4. Add sugar to the mixture.
  5. Stir until gelatin dissolves.
  6. Pour boiling water into medium bowl. Stir in gelatin mixture.
  7. Combine milk, vanilla and almond extract.
  8. Stir milk mixture into gelatin mixture.
  9. Divide mixture between four serving dishes.
  10. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
  11. Pare and slice kiwis.
  12. Arrange slices and strawberries over each dessert.
  13. Makes 4 servings.
