Macs' Chili
- 1-2 Lb. Round Steak
- 2-14 oz. cans pinto beans
- 1-14 oz. can navy beans
- 1-Medium Green Pepper
- 1-Large Onion
- 1-Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1-Tsp. Cumin
- 1-Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2-Tsp. Sea Salt
- 1-14 oz. can Tomato Sauce
- 1-14 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
- 3-Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1-Splash Red Table Wine
- 1-Tsp. Cooking Oil
- 1-Tsp. Worstershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. Brown Sugar
- Heat oil in skillet, add round steak, brown both sides, remove and let stand. Dice steak, green pepper and onion into bite size pieces. Add steak and all other ingredients except beans to large pot, stir, bring to boil, then lower heat to medium low, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add beans to mixture, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
