Sesame Tofu And Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 1 Pkg Tofu (extra firm, or steak style)
- Green, yellow and red Bell peppers
- Mushrooms
- Celery
- Purple cabbage
- (onion and garlic are optional)
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestshire sauce
- 1/8 cup Sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
- In non-stick frying pan heat canola oil
- Cut Tofu into large triangles
- Brown tofu in canola oil, all sides
- set cooked tofu aside to drain on paper towel
- dispose of canola oil, rinse pan
- heat olive oil in pan
- add cut up vegetables, stir 5 minutes on med high heat
- add salt and pepper, sesame oil, worcestshire, sesame seeds
- stir fry 5 more minutes
- add tofu
- stir fry additional 5 minutes
- serve over Jasmine rice, plain white rice or pasta
