Cedar Grilled Salmon With Mustard Burbon Glaze

  1. Combind all dry rub ingredients into a bowl and spread evenly over salmon. Cover both sides and set a side.
  2. As salmon sits, combind all of the glaze ingredients and spread evenly over flesh side of the salmon. Leave skin side with dry rub only
  3. After soaking the cedar plank place on grill on medium heat for 15 min or until hot to touch. Place salmon glaze side up on grill, skin side down and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked to likeness.
  4. Serve on plank for presentation and enjoy.
  5. side note: keep water bottle close to grill incase the plank flare ups.
