Chocolate Covered Bacon

  1. first, melt the chocolate in a heat resistent bowl and pour half of the chocolate in another bowl, then stir in 1/2 of the marshmallows, sugar, and all the egg whites.
  2. then, in the other bowl, mix in the remaining marshmallows, sugar, and all the yolk.
  3. then in another bowl mix the two chocolate mixtures, then the water until it has a close to pasty thickness, then temper the chocolate.
  4. then for the bacon take it and put it on an electric baking skillet or nonstick pan for about 4-5 minutes flipping every minute.
  5. now you dip the bacon into the chocolate mixture, and put them in the refrigerator, on a nonstick aluminum foil sheet for about half an hour, to allow the chocolate to harden, then repeat about 2-3 times, where at the last dip you add the extra toppings (if requested for toppings).
