Greek Meatballs (Keftedes)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients other than the flour in a large mixing bowl
  3. Form golf ball sized meatballs from the mixture
  4. Roll meatballs in flour so they are lightly coated
  5. Bake in oven on parchment paper covered pan for one hour
  6. Serve alongside spaghetti with browned butter and Pecorino Romano Cheese
