Makers Mark Bbq Pork Sandwiches

- Ingredients (2 Sandwiches):
- Use a big knife to cut the fat off of your pork chops and rub salt and pepper generously on both sides
- Dice the pork chops into small cubes using the same big knife
- Pour Carolina BBQ Sauce into a bowl, mix in two shots of whiskey and sprinkle additional salt and pepper into the mixture
- Drop your pork cubes into the mixture and stir around for a minute or two until the cubes are generously coated in the mixture - place the mixture aside for later
- Scoop the cubes out and drop them into a pre-greased frying pan on medium heat
- Cook the cubes in the frying pan until they begin to look golden brown - this will probably will take about 5-6 minutes
- Turn the range to low heat and pour the remaining BBQ + Whiskey mixture into the frying pan
- Mix up until gooey and place on a toasted poppy seed bun
- Add desired amount of cole slaw
- Serve with Salt and Vinegar chips, a Whiskey + Lemonade and enjoy
