White Christmas Mousse(In Honor Of Sep Palin, Along With Greyhound)

  1. Melt the white chocolate with hazelnuts in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
  2. Gradually add warm milk, stirring until smooth; allow to cool.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into chocolate mixture (the white chocolate mixture). Whip cream until stiff; fold into white chocolate mixture.
  4. Add lemon juice; stir lightly.
  5. Spoon into 1-quart glass bowl, or 6 individual stemmed dessert glasses.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours; garnish with dark chocolate curls or shavings.
  7. One may also want to place a maraschino cherry on the top to garnish.
