Mutha Sauce

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the oil. Add the onions, and peppers and give them a stir. Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft and golden. Add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute more. Add 1 dcup of water and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes and let sauce cool. Pour into a container, cover and store until ready to use
