Honey Yogurt Cake
- 1 box French vanilla cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil or margerine
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 can vanilla frosting.
- Brown Sugar Frosting:
- 2 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Beat eggs. Add other ingredients. Beat until smooth. Put in greased 9x13 or bundt cake pan. Bake at 350. Frost after cooled.
- FROSTING:
- Heat butter, stir in flour, salt. When blended add brown sugar. Over high heat, stir constantly until sugar turns browner (3-4 minutes) Add boiling water and vanilla. Stir another minute or two. Pour over cake.
