Chili De San Miguel

  1. Saute onions.
  2. Brown meats.
  3. Add all ingredients to a 40 quart pot.
  4. Heat slowly, stirring often.
  5. Simmer for at least 3 hours. Do not let it scorch.
  6. Serve with favorite toppings (onions, cheese, crackers or Fritos).
