Jamaican Wet Rub

  1. Whirl in a blender or pound in a mortar until you have a thick paste.
  2. Add tamarind to taste if you like some tang.
  3. Marinate some meat for overnight then grill and drink some rum.
  4. You can also char the green onions on a grill for a twist.
