Easy French Dressing
- 1 can tomato soup (condensed)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar or 12 Equal packets
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. corn oil
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- Mix cornstarch and dry mustard.
- Stir in water gradually. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool.
- Add catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, paprika and garlic.
- Mix well.
- Place in small covered jar.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Shake well before using.
- Makes 21 tablespoons. Per teaspoon:
- 4.0 calories, 0.0 gr. fat, 0.01 calories from fat.
