Cream Cheese Spread

  1. place sliced sliced baguette on cookie sheets, with pastry brush, brush bread with olive oil, garlic and oregano. Bake at 350 until crisp and golden brown.
  2. While bread is toasting mix cream cheese, garlic, onion, celery, pepperoni, salami pepperoncini, and black pepper.
  3. When bread is cool top with cream cheese spread and optional tomatoes and or salami or ham. Rolling meat and placing grape tomatoe with one end downward in spread gives a decorative touch.
